Hoping I loose at least a pound or more tonight, I’v been naughty recently and keep eating bread, gahh!

Okay so actually lost 2lbs last week (I haven’t updated this in ages), which was better than I thought. 1lbs off of loosing my first stone so hopefully I’ll do that, I’ll find out on tuesday. Theres no reason why I can’t, I’ve done quite well this week so feel like I should be able to hit it. Found the old juicer in the back of the kitchen cupboard as well today so going to start making fresh fruit juice/smoothies before work/for breakfast and see how that goes as well.

Starting from today I’m going to take things much more seriously. I keep getting on the right track and then just wandering off again. I was and 1 and a half lbs off loosing a stone and I haven’t been to slimming world for a couple of weeks now but know I’m more than likley even further off.

Starting from today I’m going to stick to food plans etc and not just keep snacking. I was doing well for a while so not sure what happened really. All I’m doing is hurting myself if I carry on like I am. Starting from today eating clean. Salad, fruit, veggies, soups etc. No crappy snack food which won’t even fill me up anyway! Time to kick myself into gear, 5 st and 4ish lbs to go!

So after months and months and months I finaly got myfitnesspal back on my phone and logged in, since my last log in I’v lost 17 lbs! Plus 80lbs to go til I hit my ultimate goal weight, slowly does it I guess but I just want to stick this through!

Lost 1 1/2 lbs this week, just 1 1/2 lbs o loose and thats my first stone down! Pretty happy, feeling proper motivated at the moment, feeling good!

Another 1 lbs down this week from my weigh in on Tuesday. 11 lbs in total, aimed to loose 3lbs this week to hit my first stone but think it’ll be more round 2lbs though. I’ll be happy with that, starting to feel more motivated but at the same time I just feel frustrated with how I look. I don’t understand how I hid my head in the sand for so long and let myself get to the size I am and didn’t sort myself out sooner. 3lbs to go and thats one sixth of the weight I want to overall loose.

I can do this.

Kind of gutted, put on +1/2 lbs  this week, felt like I had an alright week so this has home a bit. Time to take this seriously and stop ‘synning’ or at least, make a conscious effort to count all the syns so I don’t go over. I just wish I could fast forward 4 months and see where I’m at then!

Lost 3 1/2 lbs this week! Pretty happy with that after a abysmal week last week, back on track and happy, I have my ugw sorted and now just sorting out shorter term goals to work towards.

Potato chips in the Microwave

insidethemindofadieter:

When I first heard about these chips, I thought ewww….they must come out so soggy!  But that is simply not the case, these chips come out so crispy and delicious, it was such a pleasant surprise!

Ingredients:

  • 1 potato scrubbed and washed, leave the skin on for extra fiber.

Directions:

  • Slice the potato really thin.  I used the side of my cheese grater and they came out paper thin.
  • Spray them with oil spray(season with preferred flavoring)
  • Spread on a single layer on parchment paper
  • Place them in the microwave on high heat for about 5 minutes until start turning brown.  Depending on your microwave, you may need more time.  Keep a close eye on them.

YUMMY!  If you are wanting to stop your crunchy, salt craving these little guys will do it!  As to what to add to them, that is up to you.  I dipped mine in vinegar first before popping them in the microwave and then added salt.  Another suggestion is to add popcorn flavoring salt.  They are even hard enough to be dipped into salsa….so good my mouth is watering..time to make some more!

Need to give this a go when I get the salty cravings!

yogurt drops!
Spoon flavored yogurt into a plastic bag. Squeeze dots onto cookie sheet and place in freezer. They’ll be ready in about an hour! | Such a great healthy summertime snack.

I definitely need to try this!

Gonna try this with alpro soya ‘creamy’ yogurt.
